01The gap
Most believers have never discipled anyone.
Ask a room of Christians how many call themselves believers, and almost every hand goes up. Ask how many have personally discipled another believer, and almost every hand goes down.
It is not that they do not love Jesus. It is that nobody ever showed them how, with tools simple enough to pass on the same week.
That gap is not a lack of faith. It is a lack of training.What I exist to fix

06My story, in short
I was a believer for years before anyone showed me how to make a disciple.
I am Jony Leong, a pastor and missionary from Penang. In 2024 my wife Soojin and I were commissioned with Team Expansion to serve Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Since then we have trained hundreds of ordinary believers in six languages, and watched groups start in living rooms, cafés, villages and church halls.
I am not here to tell you your church is doing it wrong. Churches are my partners. I am here to hand you simple tools that work, and to walk with you until they multiply without me.
